My task was to write a fictional newspaper article assuming the Declaration of Independence was never written after learning more about why the colonists declared independence and their grievances.

The project revolves around American Indian involvement and contribution in the American Revolutionary War, specifically the Oneida and Tuscarora tribes in the 1777 Battle of Saratoga. It was a final project for the Honors portion of U.S. History A Honors.
