CMASAS proudly offers a Comprehensive Guidance Program (called the Personalized Guidance Program or PGP) following the American School Counselor’s Association (ASCA) recommendations. The PGP comprises four key components:


 

1. Guidance Curriculum

Tailored to grade levels, this curriculum focuses on self-awareness, educational and occupational exploration, and career planning.


 

2. Individual Planning (Personalized Career/College Planning)

Personalized advisement for students’ personal, educational, and career goals.


 

3. Responsive Services (Guidance Counselor Services)

Accessible counseling services, including individual, family, and group counseling, as well as referrals to external resources. Our goal is to help our students and families maintain a healthy lifestyle that supports an online educational setting.


 

4. System Support

This includes program management, development, professional development, and community outreach. Our goal is to help our students and families maintain a healthy lifestyle that supports an online educational setting.
