Physical Education II emphasize personal fitness development. Students create personal fitness plans, setting goals, and evaluate/refining goals periodically over the course of the semester. They develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination through a variety of regular physical activities. Students also demonstrate awareness of health and wellness information, including nutrition, safety, making healthy choices, first aid and emergency response skills, and developing a positive self-image.
