In Math 5, students will expand their understanding of whole numbers and place value. Students will work more with fractions and mixed numbers. They will learn about how to multiply, compare, and divide fractions and mixed numbers. Students will also engage with geometric shapes, patterns, and units of measurement. They expand their problem-solving abilities by using a variety of problem-solving methods. Each lesson will have a lesson in an interactive textbook, a video of an example problem, and homework to practice skills.
